Terms of Use.

The simple rules for using this website. Please read them once. They are written in plain English.

01About these terms

Veritex International (“Veritex”, “we”, “us”) provides independent inspection and quality assurance services for the textile and apparel industry. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using this website.

By visiting or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

02Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree that you will not:

  • try to damage, overload or interfere with the website or the servers that run it
  • send viruses, harmful code or automated requests that put a strain on the website
  • try to gain access to parts of the website or its systems that are not meant for you
  • pretend to be another person or organisation, or give false details in a form
  • copy or collect content from the website on a large scale without our permission

03Information on this website

The information on this website is general. It is meant to help you understand what we do. It is not professional advice for your particular order or situation.

Descriptions of our checks, example report layouts and standards such as AQL values are shown for explanation. The standard that applies to your order is the one agreed between you, your buyer and Veritex, and it may be different from what is shown here.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or free of mistakes.

04Our services

Sending us an enquiry or a quote request through this website does not create a contract. A service begins only after we have agreed the scope, price, timing and other details with you in writing.

Once a service is agreed, those written terms apply to it. If they differ from these Terms of Use, the written terms for that service come first.

An inspection reports what was found in the sample checked, at the place and time of the visit. It does not promise that every piece in a lot is free of defects. How the result is used is your decision and your responsibility.

05Information you send us

When you contact us, please give correct and relevant details, and send only the information that is needed to answer your request.

We use what you send us to reply to you and to plan your job, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a confidentiality agreement, tell us in your message and we will discuss it.

06Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the text, design, graphics, photographs, logo and name “Veritex International”, belongs to Veritex or to the people who allow us to use it. It is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the website and print a page for your own use or your company’s internal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or change the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

07Links to other websites

This website may link to websites run by other people. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement.

08No warranty

The website is provided “as it is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will meet your particular needs.

09Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Veritex is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, that results from using this website or relying on information on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

10Changes to the website and these terms

We may change the website, or these terms, from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

If you keep using the website after a change, we will take it that you accept the new terms.

11Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them or about this website, are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh have the right to decide such disputes.
