01 · Independent Inspection

Four checkpoints, from first cut to final carton.

We visit the factory, check the goods against your standard and tell you straight what we find. Choose a stage to see what happens.

Before cutting and sewing start

Pre-production inspection

We check that the factory is truly ready for your order, before a single metre of fabric is cut.

What we check

  • Fabric and trims against approved samples
  • Pre-production sample and spec sheet
  • Machines, line set-up and operator skills
  • Packing and labelling materials

What you get

A clear go / no-go view before any risk turns into a cost.

Inline inspection

We walk the line early, so problems are caught when they are still cheap and quick to fix.

What we check

  • Stitching and workmanship on the line
  • Measurements against the size chart
  • Repeat defects and where they start
  • Whether earlier comments were fixed

What you get

An early warning, with the fixes agreed on the spot.

Final inspection

We pull a random sample from the lot and judge it against your standard. This is the check that decides the shipment.

What we check

  • Random sample, drawn by AQL rules
  • Defects counted as Critical, Major or Minor
  • Measurements, fit and function
  • Packing, labels and cartons

What you get

A PASS, HOLD or FAIL verdict, with photos and numbers behind it.

Pre-shipment inspection

A last look, so the right goods, in the right packing, are what actually leave the factory.

What we check

  • Carton count, marks and labels
  • Packing against your instructions
  • Re-check of earlier open points
  • Readiness for loading

What you get

Confirmation that you can ship, or a clear reason to wait.
